What are the different shipping methods that your company offers?
You have the option to choose from three methods of shipping which include: Purolator, United Parcel Service (UPS) and Canada Post
How long does delivery take?
That depends on the availability of the items you order and the shipping method you choose. For example, UPS/FedEx Express takes 1-2 business
days, UPS/FedEx Ground takes 3-7 business days and Standard Post takes 7-14 business days. Please be aware that weekends and holidays can
delay delivery.
What is Guaranteed Shipping?
When you select UPS Guaranteed Ground Shipping method, you'll get your order on time or your shipping is free. You heard it. Your order is on time or we refund your shipping amount when you select UPS Guaranteed Ground with a valid shipping address.
Please remember this is not an express method of delivery. Delivery can still take 3 to 5 days but it is guaranteed from the time your order ships
from our warehouse. Inclement weather, emergencies and national holidays can also impact delivery. Please choose your shipping method
accordingly.
Are There Any Items That Cannot Be Shipped With USPS?
Yes, there are certain items that cannot be shipped with UPS such as Seal Lead Acid, UPS Replacement Batteries, Alkaline over 2 lbs, and UPS units
that are calculated by weight.
What If I want my order rushed?
We offer express shipping which means you will receive your item in 1-2 business days.
How can I tell if an item is available in stock?
You can view the availability of the item by looking at the Product profile, which appears like this:
Availability: Product is in stock and available to ship within 24 hours.
Temporarily Out of Stock: Product is temporarily out of stock, but will soon be restocked. If you require specific information about a product's
availability, please contact us.
Closeout: Product has been discontinued and it will not be restocked. However a substitute product may be available although the price and
specifications may be different.
Where is my item being shipped from?
With the exception of certain laptop batteries, all products are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
When will my item be shipped from you facility?
If you place your order from Monday through Friday before 3pm, your order will ship within 24 hours.
If you place your order from Monday through Friday after 3pm, then your order will ship the following business day.
If you place your order after 3pm from Friday through Sunday, then your order will ship the following Monday.
