It is our objective to provide our customers 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our
product, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price, no shipping cost will be paid nor refunded.

In order to request a return or exchange for any product purchased from lubattery.com we require a RMA form
RMA forms can be applied at service@lubattery.com or call us toll free at 1800-228-846.

This will expedite the procedure and give us detailed information in order to complete your request. Please fill out this form as completely as possible and allow 1-2 Business Days for processing. An Email will be sent to you with your
RMA reference number. You may follow-up on your request by sending an Email to service@lubattery.com

If you have any tech support questions before requesting a RMA, feel free to ask in a customer service
representative. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by lubattery up to one year from date of your purchase. RMA numbers expire in 15 days after they
are issued.

All returned products must be in original condition undamaged. All return packages will be subjected to a $15 restock fee. Unless the shipment was a mistake on LU Battery’s behalf.

A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging. The RMA Form & a copy of the original
invoice must be with the package. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be
insured for damages or losses. All shipment must be mailed in the form of local postal services. All shipments must be shipped via Canada Post or United States Postal Service.

LuBattery provides one year warranty on all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanships under
normal use dated one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or abused in any way, or if the label
and/or bar coded label for warranty has been removed or tampered with. Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our warranty.

The package must be sent by POSTAL SERVICES only via Canada Post or United States Parcel Services. Duty and
brokerage fees for returning are not covered but at customer's cost.

Lubattery.com will repair the defective battery pack, or replace it with a new pack. The return must be accompanied
by a Return Materials Authorization which is to be issued upon request and must be shipped prepaid.

All requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment that is used or which incorporates with any of our
products and accessories.
